What should I bring to Redwood National Park?
Temperatures in the park average 40 to 60 degrees F all year, and damp, foggy and rainy conditions are almost guaranteed, according to the National Park Service. Warm layers and hats are essential in winter, but a good idea at any time of year. Hikers must pack sturdy, waterproof hiking boots and comfortable socks.
Can you sleep in your car at Redwood National Park?

How big of a campground can you have in Redwood forest?
Sites near the back of the campground, approximately 18 to 26, are set among huge, old redwoods. Curving around from here, the sites along Prairie Creek are also very nice. This campground can accommodate tents, RVs up to 27 feet, and trailers up to 24 feet. Facilities include flush toilets and showers.
