Search for the project you backed above and click on ‘Go To Project’ button. Under the ‘Lost your survey?’ section, enter the email you used for the project. Press ‘Get My Survey’ button, and you’ll receive another email with your survey link!

You must set up a Stripe account to use BackerKit. You can also give your backers the option to pay with PayPal if you have a PayPal Premier or Business Account. Both Stripe and PayPal take care of credit card processing and getting your payments from your backers to you.

How do I cancel my BackerKit account?

To fully refund a BackerKit payment:

1. On the menu on the left, click Backers.
2. Search for the backer by their name, email address, notes, or pledge ID.
3. When you find the backer, click their name.
4. Under Status, click Refund BackerKit Payment.
5. Remove any add-on items the backer purchased.
6. Mark the pledge as canceled.

What is my backer ID on Kickstarter?

Folks with a Kickstarter account can also find their backer number by going to their Backed Projects and clicking on the blue “+” button for the corresponding project. This will expand the details of their pledge and the backer number can be found at the bottom.

Can I pledge on Kickstarter with PayPal?

We do not currently support PayPal as a payment or account set up method. In order to pledge towards a project on Kickstarter, backers must enter a valid credit or debit card onto our site.

Can you get a refund on BackerKit?

If a backer asks for a refund, you can refund only additional purchases made through BackerKit. If the backer wants a refund for their campaign pledge, you must process the refund through your crowdfunding site. Note: You can’t provide exchanges through BackerKit.
