What does Otomize ear spray do?
The brand name for dexamethasone with antibacterial ear spray is Otomize®. It contains several ingredients – dexamethasone, neomycin and acetic acid. Together, these ingredients relieve inflammation, infection, itching and pain. Otomize® spray is only available on prescription.
Can Otomize unblock ears?
Otomize Spray is for use on the external ear only. Spray the affected ear or ears with 1 spray, 3 times a day until your symptoms have cleared and for 48 hours after. If your symptoms have not cleared within 7 days you should discuss your symptoms and treatment options with a doctor.
