What does Otomize ear spray do?

The brand name for dexamethasone with antibacterial ear spray is Otomize®. It contains several ingredients – dexamethasone, neomycin and acetic acid. Together, these ingredients relieve inflammation, infection, itching and pain. Otomize® spray is only available on prescription.
