How do you get cutscene where Triss kills Menge?
Menge is suspicious that Triss’ former lover turned her in. Fool him with the dialogue choice – “Witchers will do anything for gold.” As for your reward, tell Menge what you want with the dialogue choice – “Free my friend Dandelion.” After making those choices, a cutscene will play out with Triss and Menge’s fate.
Should you ask Menge about the treasure?
Do NOT mention the treasure unless you want to help Dijkstra as it will cause Menge to attack when you next ask about Dandelion. However, if you do mention it, you can find out about Dandelion another way.

Letting Triss get tortured through the whole conversation ends with papers burnt, dead Menge and a key but no other info on treasure. Killing them all after finding out about the Treasure first leaves no information on Dandelion, paper from spy, pissed off Triss and a key but no info to treasure.
Can you get Dijkstra’s treasure back?
You can’t recover the treasure in game, but you can learn from Menge where it’s located if you allow Triss to be tortured and ask about the treasure before asking about Dandelion. The extra information earns you some more Crowns but Djikstra will not help during the battle at Kaer Morhen regardless.
Should I do get junior or count Reuven’s treasure first?
