How can I see my raid lockouts?
To check what lockouts your character is currently saved to, press the O key, select the Raid tab, and click on Raid Info in the upper right. This will display your current lockouts and the time left until they reset.

Do normal and heroic raids share a lockout?
ICC though Cata raids if you did a raid on 10 man it would have a different lock out then 25 man but yes the heroic and norrmal for these raids within the size setting were the same. During Wrath you could do 10 man and 25 man separately as they had different loot.
